Annual Costs

Annual costs are $7,500 per year for up to 5 users.

Additional users are $25 per user per year.

Startup Costs

Year 1 costs are $7,500 and includes import of legacy data up to 500 clients/households.

 

Additional clients/households will be done at a rate of $150 per hour unless otherwise quoted on a case by case basis.

​

Training will be 2 day, online, and includes: case management training, system training, supervisory and reporting training for $1,000 for up to 5 users.

 

Additional users over 5 will be $50 per user up to an additional 5, 10 total.

 

Any more than that will be quoted on a case by case basis.

 

Training is required for full model implementation.

Customizations

Most work done outside the standard scope will be billed at $150 per hour unless otherwise negotiated.

Payments

Payments can be made via ACH or check at the following terms:

Report Descriptions:

​

Monthly Totals - Provides unduplicated counts of families served by a program for a specified period of time as well as year-to-date.


Log Sheet - Provides all the case notes done during a specified period of time for 1 or more programs.


Referral Totals - Provides counts of all the agencies to which case managers referred clients during a specified period.


Referrer Totals - Provides counts of all the agencies that referred clients to the entity using Intake1 during a specified period.


Site Totals - Provides unduplicated counts of families served for a specific site (as indicated by the selection on "Site" for case notes) during a specified period.


Unduplicated Clients - Provides an unduplicated list of clients served by 1 or more programs during a specified period. Report includes demographic information as well as a list of programs that each client participates in. 


Linked Funders - Provides "Totals," "Log Sheet," and "Unduplicated Clients" reports for specific pairs of funders/programs during a specified period.


Demographic Report - Provides a breakdown of various demographics characteristics for all the clients served by 1 or more program(s) during a specified period.


Participants by County - Provides counts of households and individuals served by 1 or more programs during a specified period by county of residence. 


Intake1 Assessment Data Summary - Provides a summary of all the Intake1 Assessment responses for all clients served by 1 or more programs during a specified period. Data is provided in table format with counts and percentages of responses provided.


Case Note Data Summary - Provides a summary of the quantifiable elements of Intake1 case notes for all the clients served by 1 or more programs during a specified period.


Client Contact Information Report - Provides contact information for clients served by 1 or more programs during a specified period. Information covered includes: Address, phone number(s), email, and date of birth.
