The first authorized program completes the assessment and the First Case Note — the shared baseline across all ten domains.

Every program after opens the same record and reviews what is already known. Nobody re-interviews. Nobody rebuilds the file.
Specialists carry the work
Each specialist adds case notes only in the domain they address. Their work becomes part of one continuing household story.

One protected document library.
The household shouldn't have to carry the same proof from program to program. Intake1 keeps household documents in one Protected Household Document Library — organized, verified, and version-tracked. The first doorway uploads available proof; every authorized doorway after reviews the library before asking the household to produce it again. Access to each document stays governed by authorization, role, purpose, sensitivity, and law.

Single Agency
A multi-program organization makes Intake1 its internal household record and Protected Household Document Library. Intake1 is completed first; required funder paperwork is completed from the verified record. The agency reduces internal duplication now — no waiver or outside authority required.
Lead Agency
One prescribed Intake1 environment extends to formally authorized participating organizations, while each keeps its own program, fund, and document-access accountability. Partners work from the same household record under defined agreements, permissions, and shared-document rules.
Where this is headed
Single-agency practice is the proven foundation. The larger vision — authorized Lead Agency networks, a statewide demonstration, and ultimately a shared national household layer — is the direction Intake1 is built to support, and the model that independent demonstration is designed to test.
