Standalone Agency Implementation
One agency can begin with Intake1 first, create one household story, and then complete required funder forms and systems from the Intake1 record.

This is not the full Mobility Council model.
A single agency does not need a separate Integration Specialist unless it chooses to create one. The broader multi-agency model uses Integration Specialists to protect shared understanding across agencies.
Lead Agency Implementation
A Lead Agency is one organization that adopts Intake1 and coordinates authorized participating partners under a single prescribed implementation. It is still a Single Agency adoption — not a regulator, a community network, or a separate level of government.
✓ One Lead Agency holds the Intake1 implementation.
✓ Authorized participating organizations work from the same household record.
✓ Each partner defines who may act, what they may access, and what they can commit.
✓ Coordinated household review happens across participating partners.
✓ Program and funder accountability stays with each participating organization.
Standalone or Lead Agency?
A Standalone Agency uses Intake1 inside one organization. A Lead Agency extends the same prescribed model to authorized partners it coordinates. Both begin with the household first; the difference is how many organizations share the record.
What changes inside the agency
Before Intake1
Each program starts its own intake, maintains its own notes, and understands only its funded service category.
With Intake1
The household begins with one Intake1 Assessment, one First Case Note, one record, and one mobility plan.
Funder compliance remains
Funder systems are still completed as required, but from the household-first Intake1 record whenever possible.
