Published standards
✓ The full Intake1 household assessment must be completed.
✓ The Intake1 Assessment is a comprehensive, staff-administered interview — not a self-completed application or online form.
✓ Core household domains may not be removed to fit a program silo.
✓ Before creating a new household record, staff search for existing members to prevent duplicate records.
✓ Case notes, progress updates, and outcomes should be documented in Intake1 first when it is the household-centered operating record.
✓ Program-required documentation may still be duplicated into other systems as needed.
✓ The household-first process is the model.
Why this matters
If every agency customizes Intake1 back into its own program categories, the system returns to fragmentation. The prescribed data set protects one household story.
